DCR Workshop Photos

At DCR Wheels we have built a dedicated wheel building workshop, with everything we possibly need to build and repair wheels. We have our Phil Wood machine in the corner cutting and rolling spokes. We have a boutique hub-prepping station where we prep each and every DCR hub we send out. In another corner we have our state of the art lacing station which supports hubs and rims while we lace the spokes by hand. We have a hydraulic wheel press which stresses every single wheel we build to ensure all the components are bedded in. There is the master desk from which we send emails and monitor our b2b orders (bitexhubs.co.uk). And finally, the piece de resistance, our three P&K Lie wheelbuilding jigs which allow us to build wheels to highest possible standards that the components will allow.
