Few rims get as light as this. An impressive 350g! Yet, because the profile has carefully been designed, you can still build a relatively stiff wheelset out of this. Particularly because they allow for high tensions. The welded joint allows this rim to be better balanced, stronger and lighter. If you are looking for something stiffer or stronger, consider the XR400 or the EX500. If you wanted to go lighter still, you can go with the XRC330 or XRC300. The C stands for carbon as the last two in this range are carbon fibre MTB rims.
